摘要
目的:医学模式从过去的纯生物医学模式向生理-心理-社会环境的模式转变,对医学教育提出了新的要求。一种新的教学模式-以问题为中心的教学(prob lem-based learn ing,PBL)应运而生。武汉大学口腔医学院自2000年起就将PBL教学模式应用于口腔临床医学教育中并取得良好效果,同时针对PBL教学和中国口腔教育的结合和目前所存在的问题进行了有益的探索。
Objective: The current pattern of medical education has been changed from the old simple biological medicine pattern to physiology - psychology - society hybrid pattern, which has brought forward a new reform plan on medical education. Therefore a new type of education pattern Problem - Based Learning(PBL) has been invented. After it has been introduced and applied to stomatological clinical education in School of Stomatology, Wuhan University in 2000, favorable education effect has been gained. Furtherly, some instructive search have also been made for the combination of PBL education and stomatological education in China. At same time, some questions have been raised which should be resolved when the new education pattern is going advanced.
