钢铁的常温发黑

摘要 研制了室温发黑液(5~35℃)、低温发黑液(35℃±5℃)、黑磷化液;讨论了减膜机理及转化膜的性能.分析了室温发黑后再磷化的可行性,并就转化膜的性能与碱性发黑作了对比.结果证明:研制的几种新工艺在很多场合可替代传统的碱性发黑工艺,达到节能,高效,减少污染的目的. he room temperature blackening solution (5 ℃~35℃), low tempelature blackening solution(35℃± 5℃) and blackening phospatin solution were developed and their mechanisms of the convertible coating were discussed in this paper. The possibility of phosphating after blackening in room temperature was analyzed. By comparing this convertible coating with that produced by alkali' bluing' solution, results showed that several kinds of new technologys above may completely replace the old alkali 'bluing' technologys in order to achieve an end of energy saving, high effetiveness and low contamination.
