一种梗阻性肾病动物模型的建立 被引量:6

摘要 目的建立梗阻性肾病动物模型。方法20只大白兔随机分为模型组12只,对照组8只。模型组用银夹半环夹法缩窄双侧输尿管下段1/2管径,对照组行假手术。术后记录一般情况,并于术后3、7、14d检测Scr、Bun,于14d行肾脏常规病理检查。结果模型组体质量较术前下降(P<0.05),Scr、Bun进行性升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),肾盂输尿管扩张,肾实质较对照组萎缩(P<0.05),肾小管上皮细胞部分变扁、萎缩或坏死,间质面积增宽,炎症细胞浸润。结论本模型既可模拟梗阻性肾病的病理改变,又能模拟继发于病理改变而出现的临床改变,是从“病”的角度,反映该病发病特点的整体病理模型,具有可控性、易操作性、组织相容性、可复性的特点。
