摘要
目的探讨幽门螺杆菌对HepG2细胞杀伤和凋亡的作用。方法应用MTT比色法和Hoechst33258细胞核荧光染色等技术检测不同浓度的cagA(+)Hp和cagA(-)Hp对HepG2细胞杀伤和凋亡的作用。结果HepG2杀伤率和凋亡率随着cagA(+)Hp菌液浓度的增加而升高,且呈剂量依赖性。结论cagA(+)Hp对HepG2细胞具有明显的细胞杀伤和凋亡作用。
HepG2 cells were treated with Helicobacter pylori (lip) at different concentrations and the cell killing and apoptosis of the cells were measured with MTT assay and Hoechst 33258 staining technique. The results showed that with the increment of cagA (+) lip concentration, HepG2 cell killing and apoptosis rate increased in a concentration-dependent manner, but cagA (-) lip did not significantly impacted on the proliferation and apoptosis of HepG2.
