以本院进行教学工作评价为例，论述吃透评价指标体系是搞好教学工作评价的关键，理解评价的要点，实事求是找差距，抓住核心项目促进学院建设，带动教学工作诸方面．使“以评促建，提高教学质量”取得效果．
The valuation teaching work in our institute is an instance in expounding that deeply under standing the system of appraise's the paper expounds that the crux of the teaching valuation is to grasp the spirit of the valuation index system. That we understand the main points of appraise, seek truth from facts to find insufficient and know the are items well to improve the anstrution of our Institute is to drive each field of the teaching work,then we will achieve good results in “Appraising for promoting anstruction is to improve teaching quality”.
