MHC I类链相关蛋白A的表达调控与抗肿瘤免疫 被引量:5

摘要 MHC I类链相关蛋白A(MICA)是非经典的HLA I类分子,是活化性受体NKG2D的配体,在感染、肿瘤及细胞应激情况下表达上调,其表达量及形式的变化,直接影响多种免疫效应细胞功能表现。本文就近年来对MICA的表达调控以及与抗肿瘤免疫关系方面进行综述。
