神经上皮囊肿 被引量：4

摘要 “神经上皮囊肿”一词是Fulton和Bailey在1920年首先提出的，用来描述一组来源于原始神经上皮的中枢神经系统囊肿。这些囊肿曾包括：胶样囊肿、脉络丛囊肿、室管膜囊肿、脉络丛上皮囊肿、蛛网膜囊肿。有研究表明，胶样囊肿起源于内胚层而非神经上皮，有其典型的发病部位。脑室内蛛网膜囊肿从组织学和病理生理学上也不同于神经上皮囊肿，也应去除。因此典型的神经上皮囊肿主要包括：脉络丛囊肿、室管膜囊肿。脉络丛囊肿较常见，但绝大多数没有症状。
