摘要
采用JY-70(Ⅱ)合并型等离子体光谱仪测定了104名健康足月新生儿头发中14种微量元素和2种常量元素含量。结果表明:新生儿发中Fe、Co、Ni、Mn、Cr、Mo、Sr、V、Ca和Mg等元素的含量水平较高;新生儿发Fe男性显著高于女性(P<0.01),发Mg则女性显著高于男性(P<0.01),发Sr女性亦高于男性(P<O.05),其它各元素性别间无差异或差异不显著。根据本文测定结果,提出了包头地区新生儿发中多种微量及常量元素的正常参考值。
The contents of fourteen trace elements and two macro elements in the hair of 104 fuliterm, health neonates have been determined with JY-70 (Ⅱ)combination type inductively coupled plasma spectrometer. The results show that the contents of Fe, Co, Ni, Mn, Cr,Mo, Sr, V, Ca and Mg in the neonate's hair all are relatively higher. The content of Fe in the boy's hair is remarkably greater than that in the girl's hair (P<0. 01 ),but the concentration of Mg in the girl's hair is significantly higher than that in the boy's hair (P<0. 01 ). The content of Sr in the girl's hair is dramatically higher than that in the boy's hair (P<0. 05)There is no difference or no significant difference in the contents of the remaining elements determined between the sexes. Based on these results the values of determined trace and macro elements in the neonate's hair have been suggested for normal reference in Baotou region.
