国家基础多源数字正射影像数据库的设计与建立

Design & Establishment of National Fundamental Multi-source DOM Database

数字正射影像直观而详细地记录了地表的自然现象,具有良好的可判读性和可测量性,从而成为现代GIS应用越来越重要的数据源。本文针对国家基础数字正射影像数据库安全存储、集成管理、分发服务和提供应用的技术要求,通过对海量数字正射影像数据建库的数据源分析与探讨,提出了适合多源数字正射影像建库的数据组织方式和数据存储模式,最后设计建立了国家基础多源数字正射影像数据库系统,实现了国家级海量多源数字正射影像数据的存储管理和数据服务。

As Digital Orthographic Map（DOM） represents the natural phenomena of the earth＇s surface, it has the characteristics of relatively easy-interpretation and easy-measurement to become the important data sources of GIS Application. With respect to the technical requirements of safety storage, integrated management and distribution service, the paper analyzed the data sources of huge-volume DOM database, then put forward the models of data organization and data storage suitable for multi-source DOM database establishment, finally designed the national fundamental multi-source DOM database, realized the storage management and distribution service of national level massive and multi-source DOM.
