晕痣80例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 80 cases of halo nevus

目的:了解晕痣的临床特征。方法:对80例晕痣患者(共92个晕痣)进行回顾性临床分析。结果:患者的平均年龄(18±3)岁,2例患者有家族史,62例并发白癜风,69例患者只发生1个晕痣。在92个晕痣中,躯干部62个,其中背部32个;痣周围色素脱失斑呈椭圆形的58个,呈圆形的32个;痣表面皮肤色素有脱失的35个。28个晕痣切除后行皮肤组织病理检查,其中交界痣3例,混合痣4例,皮内痣21例。结论:大部分晕痣与白癜风并发;躯干是好发部位;多呈椭圆形;组织病理上多为皮内痣。

Objective： To find clinical characteristics of halo nevus. Methods： Ninety-two halo nevi in 80 cases were reviewed clinically. Results： The average age of patients was （18±3） years. Two patients had positive family history and 62 patients were associated with vitiligo. Among 92 halo nevus, 62 were situated on the trunks including 32 on the hack. The white halo presented as oval （in 58 lesions） and round （in 32 lesions）. The lesion centers were partially or totally depigmented in 35 halo nevus. The excision was performed for 28 nevus and histopathology was shown that most of them were intradermal nevus. Conclusions： Most of halo nevus are associated with vitiligo, which present on trunk as an oval shape. Histopathology shows intradermal nevus in most eases.
