Hydroa vacciniforme-like cutaneous T cell lymphoma

种痘水疱病样淋巴瘤是近年来认识到的一种皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤,儿童多见,主要累及面部和四肢,表现为水肿性红斑、水疱、结痂和坏死,可伴有高热、肝脾大等全身症状。与EB(Epstein-Barr)病毒感染有关。组织病理显示肿瘤细胞侵犯血管和脂膜。该文报告1例该病患者。

Hydroa vaceiniforme-like lymphoma was a lype of cutancous T cell lymphoma identified in the past a few years.Most affected patients were children,involving the face and extremitics.It was characterazed cdematous crythema,vesicles,crests and necrosis accompanied by high fever and hepatosplenomegaly.Histopathlogical findings revealed that neoplastic cells invaded blood vessels and subcutancous fat.This condition may be related to EB virus infection.In this article a case of hydroa vacciniforme-like lymphoma is reported.
