植物转脂蛋白的抗病机制研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 植物受病原菌侵染后会诱导病程相关蛋白的表达,抑制病原菌的生长和蔓延,并产生系统性获得抗性.目前已确定的病程相关蛋白有14种,植物转脂蛋白被列入其中.关于转脂蛋白的作用尽管已争论多年,但其准确的生理功能及作用机制至今仍不十分明确.近年来人们将焦点集中在转脂蛋白抗性功能与机制的研究上.文中介绍了目前这一领域的研究进展,并根据该室的研究结果,提出钙调素可能参与植物转脂蛋白抗性功能的调节,为全面阐明转脂蛋白的抗病机制提供了新的研究线索.
