从空间关系和社区文化形态两方面，探讨了城市设计与建筑设计在当代城市建设中的各自定位和整体设计的极端重要性，指出两者之间应是一种“松弛的限定，限定的松弛”
he paper expounds the extreme importance of holistic design and the respective position of architectural and urban design in urban construction from the point of view of spatial relationship and community culture. There should be a tensile linkage of “free design” and “restricted design” between the architectural and urban design.
