摘要
介绍了我国当前工业地段更新不同于欧美国家的现状,论述了城市工业地段更新的区位与规模类型、用地性质的转换类型、实施的驱动类型、工业建筑的再利用类型以及工业地段更新的景观类型。
Giving introduction to domestic current situation of the rejuvenation of industrial sites that is different from western countries, this article makes discussion about rejuvenation of urban industrial sites around the type of location and scale, and the type of land use, impellent, building reuse as well as landscape after remodeling.
