摘要
用化学方法将3种复合份菁化学键合于单晶硅表面,并用激光拉曼光谱和X-光电子能谱进行了表征。暗的和光照的伏安特性测量表明键合染料的n—Si表面具有光生伏特效应,证实了n-Si-侧存在电子势垒。
It is reported that the merocyanines were bound to monocrystalline silicon surface through chemical way.Then the silicon wafer binding photosensitive dyes was characterized by SERS & XPS.Their Ⅰ-Ⅴ curves indicated that the In/dye/n -Si have photovoltaic effect.
