腰椎间融合结合椎弓根内固定治疗老年重度腰椎管狭窄症的临床体会 被引量：11

摘要 老年腰椎管狭窄症多具有病变复杂、症状严重及合并症多等特点，手术治疗具有较大挑战性。我科自2001年11月至2003年11月采用后路腰椎间融合（PLIF）结合椎弓根内固定治疗老年人腰椎管狭窄症63例，取得满意疗效，现报告如下。
