硬质合金气门座铰刀粉末冶金的压嵌工艺

摘要 对硬质合金气门座铰刀粉末冶金压嵌工艺进行了系统的理论分析和试验研究,得出了粉末体烧结后径向和轴向的收缩规律,被压嵌件两侧面的受力以及被压嵌件形状和体积的变化规律等粉末冶金压嵌工艺的4点推论;并将此推论应用于压嵌工艺夹紧力的研究。 This paper carries out systematic theory analysis and experimental study for the powder metallurgy pressing technology of hard alloy valve pedestal reamer and reaches four deductions of powder metallurgy pressing technology, such as powder body's radial and axial contraction law after sintering, the force on two sides of pressed piece and the changing law of its shape and volume. The four deductions are applied to research of clamp force in pressing techology, and the qualitative laws and formulas of damp force are obtained. The clamp force calculated equals that pratice measured basically. Hence it can be regarded as foundation for the calculation of clamp force.
