摘要
对经低温退火处理200MV锅炉过热器连接器焊接接头进行了力学性能和显微组织观察。为了提高焊接接头的冲击韧性,满足产品的技术计注,提出了将其正火加低温退火处理的工艺方法,用该工艺处理连接管的焊接接头,经一次返修即可合格地用于生产。
In this paper, the mechanical properties and micro-structure of the welding joint of the super heater linking pipe of 200MV boiler after annealing treatment are studied.To improve the impact toughness and meet the technical requirment, the heat treating technology of combining normalizing with annealing of low temperature after welding is put forward.The welding joint processed by this technology is up to standard for practical use.
