摘要
研究了用环氧氯丙烷直接与碘化钾饱和水溶液反应制备环氧磺丙烷的方法,该方法制备的环氧碘丙烷的收率可达80%-96%,同时也研究了反应温度,反应时间和磺化 用量对产率的影响,通过卤代环氧丙烷对苦味酸钾络合能力的测定,探讨了环氧氯丙烷在反应中的自身相转移催化剂作用。
The epiiodohydrin was prepared with yield 80%~96% via reaction of epichlorohydrin with KI. The influence of factors of raw materials ratio, reaction time and temperature on the yield in this reaction and the complexing properties of epihalohydrin with potassium picrate have been investigated.
