摘要
通过2-乙基己酸钠与氯化钴反应,就高收率2-乙基己酸然的合成进行了研究。在原料的摩尔比为2.6:1,PH值为5-6,反应温度为80-90℃,较强烈搅拌的条件下,钴的收率可以达到99%以上,并利用此条件,在50L釜上进行了放大试验获得了满意的结果,此数据可作为工业化生产的依据。
By reacting the cobalt chloride with the sodium 2-ethylhexanoate. The preparation of high yield 2-ethylhexanoate is studied. Under the condition of that mol. Rate of raw material is 2.6:1, pH value is 5~6, reacting tempreture is 80~90℃ and violent stir,the yield of cobalt is more than 99%. Enlarging test is conducted on 50L reacting vessel, and a good result is got. The value will provide a basis for industry product.
