Deng Zihui, generally acknowledged as an expert of ＂Farmers Movement＂and rural work ,has made great contributions to the establishment and improvement of the agricultural policies made by the Communist Party of China .In the early period of the foundation of P.R.C. his characters of agricultural thoughts were the ＂land＂ s distribution principles of balancing two sides and unchanging middle side＂ and ＂four freedoms＇policies.He always associated idea with practice during his work. Reviewing his agricultural idea and practice can play an impotant role for constructuring socialism new rural area.
