本文论述了科学发展观的基本内涵,阐明了科学发展观是马克思主义发展理论与当代中国实际和时代特征相结合的最新成果。“十一五”规划是科学发展观的行动纲领。推进社会主义和谐社会建设是全面贯彻落实科学发展观的体现,也是用科学发展观统领经济社会发展全局的体现。

This paper has discussed the essential connotation of the Views on Scientific Development, and pointed out that the Views on Scientific Development are the latest achievements of Marxist development theory combined with contemporary Chinese reality and features. The 11h 5-Year Plan is the action program of the Views on Scientific Development. The promotion of socialism and construction of a harmonious society is the embodiment of overall implementation of the Views on Scientific Development, and it also the representation of the whole economic and social development under the guidance of the Views on Scientific Development.
