摘要
创新型外语人才的培养是我国外语界所面临的一个挑战。不少外语界专家进行了有益的探讨,但对创新型外语人才的界定似乎较笼统模糊,也未能在课程设计范式变革上提出与国际接轨的具体建议。本文认为外语创新人才是能突破“不对称国际话语秩序,”能在复杂的国际格局中提供强有力的“外语支撑”的人才,即具有语言能力又有较强西方修辞能力的人才。在建议开设西方修辞学、比较修辞、论辩理论等课程的基础上,论述了创新型外语人才与西方修辞的关系,并在课堂教学范式方面提出了修辞理论与国际话语实践紧密联系、实现教语言到分析话语的跨越。
Many experts in foreign Language teaching field have presented their views on training foreign language talents but what they have put forward seems to be too general and does not offer specific courses for the training syllabus. This paper firstly defines the talents as the ones who could break through the unbalanced international discourse order, namely those who are good both at language and rhetoric competence. It then argues the importance to qualify them in studying rhetoric and finally offers paradigms of the teaching plan for the suggested courses.
