科技期刊编辑自身的素质是影响科技期刊质量的关键。新时期科技期刊编辑应具备较高的政治素质和职业道德,较高的专业学术水平和相关的专业知识,以及新时期科技期刊发展所必须的情报信息能力,创新意识和市场经营能力。
The quality of editors is the key factor affecting the quality of sci-tech periodicals. In the new times, editors are required to have social responsibility, morality, academic knowledge, and abilities of collecting and analyzing information as well as innovation and marketing management.
