食品中违禁色素橙黄II和酸性间胺黄的HPLC测定研究 被引量:13

摘要 本文建立了用液相色谱法同时测定食品中橙黄II、酸性间胺黄含量的测定方法,样品经丙酮溶剂提取后、固相萃取小柱净化、用ZorbaxExtendC18柱分离,二极管阵列检测器检测、外标法定量;橙黄II、酸性间胺黄的定量下限为0.2mg/kg,食品中添加回收率分别为(84-90)%和(78-82)%,相对标准偏差RSD(n=6)均小于6.5%。 A liquid chromatographic method is established to simultaneously detectminte some prohibited colours in food, such as Orange Ⅱ, Metanil Yellow. The method involves organic solvent extraction, SPE, Zorbax Extend C18 separation, PDA detector, external standard quantification. The detection limit of Orange H and Metanil Yellow is 0.2mg/kg. The individual recovery in food is 84-90% and 78- 82%, with RSD below 6.5%.
