地勘单位已难以维持单一组合的“地质找矿”战略,这种情况下,各地勘单位就开始了地质工作的战略转移,在加强传统地质找矿的同时,探索新的生存发展领域。地勘单位应依据自身的优势,把发展作为第一要务,充分发挥资源优势和潜力,扬长避短,实施同心多元化经营,以地质找矿为中心,利用自身的优势向外环状发展:既以地质找矿和矿业开发为主业、工程勘查和钻探施工为支柱,以其他多种经营为补充的多元化经营。

At present,it is hard to maintain the unitary strategy of 'geological discovering'for geological prospecting institutions.Both exploring new survival and development road and strengthening traditional geological discovering has become the crucial step for the prosperity of the geological prospecting units.A number of examples are given to illustrate the most relevant issues in diversified economy,such as,give full play to the resource advantages and potentials,make best use of the advantages and bypass the disadvantage, carry out concentric diversified economy,focus on the central task of geological discovering,take geological discovering and mining development as dominant and engineering prospecting and drilling construction as cornerstone industry,regard other multiple operation as compensation.
