摘要
从重庆城南污水处理厂活性污泥中筛选出一株高效胞外絮凝剂产生菌RL-2,初步鉴定为短芽孢杆菌(Bacillusbrevis)。该菌株可产生多糖类絮凝剂。RL-2絮凝高岭土悬浊液的影响因素研究结果表明:CaCl2是微生物絮凝剂RL-2的良好助凝剂,当Ca2+存在时,絮凝剂的投加量为5~20mL/L,pH值在3~9范围内,该微生物絮凝剂可有效絮凝高岭土悬浊液,其絮凝率高达98.4%;同时,RL-2对多种固体悬浊液有明显的净化效果。
Extracellular flocculant-produeing bacteria(RL-2) isolated from the activated sludge in Chongqing south city wastewater treatment plant was primarily identified as Bacillus brevis. Polysaccharide flocculant could be produced with the said bacteria. The influencing factors for RL-2 flocculating kaolin suspension were studied, the results showed that: CaCl2 was a good coagulant aid for microfloeculant RL-2, when Ca^2+ existed in the suspen-sion, the dosage of flocculant was 5 - 20 mg/L, the pH value was within the range of 3 - 9, the said microflocculant could efficiently flocculate the kaolin suspension, the flocculation rate could be as high as 98.4%; meanwhile, the effect of RL-2 on the purifying of various solid suspension were obvious.
