Tire Retreading-the Necessary Choice of Developing Cycle Economy

轮胎翻新是轮胎业发展循环经济的必然选择。欧美等发达国家很早就开始了对废旧轮胎的循环再利用,并制定特殊政策大力扶持这一产业。我国近年来轮胎产量猛增,但轮胎翻新业由于没有国家政策支持、市场不规范、以及宣传力度不够等原因,发展步履维艰。本文对轮胎翻新业的发展现状进行了分析,提出了建设性的意见。

The tire retreading is the necessary choice of tire industry developing cycle economy. The developed countries such as Europe and America started to reclaim and reuse the waste or old tires long before. And they supported the industry a lot by constituted special policies. These several years, the Chinese tire output increased very fast. But the tire retreading industry could not develop well for none of supporting of government policy, the nonstandard market behavior, and lack of propaganda. This article analyzed the actualities of tire retreading industry, and gave some constructive advices.
