摘要
某单位一台B&BW-65/3.82-M型煤粉锅炉,在连续五年的检修检查过程中发现炉膛西侧水冷壁管鼓包,爆裂。通过宏观、微观金相检验和X射线物相分析等检测方法对其进行了分析。结果表明,鼓包系煤粉锅炉燃烧切圆向西偏移,水质管理不当而产生严重水垢,使水冷壁管局部长期超温,显微组织珠先球体化,引起管子蠕变胀粗而最终导致鼓包和爆管。
