摘要
介绍了新型(多喷嘴对置)水煤浆气化炉工艺技术的特点及工艺流程,其技术指标:有效气体(CO+H2)达到83%,碳转化率大于98%,比煤耗为550 kg,生产1 000 m3(标态)有效气体的比氧耗为380 m3(标态)。该技术拥有我国自主知识产权,应用前景广阔,对于提高我国煤化工整体装备水平具有重要意义。
The characteristics and process flow are presented of the technological process of a new type (multi-nozzles in pairs) coal-water slurry gasifier. Its technical indicators are: available gas (CO + H2) reaching 83%, carbon conversion higher than 98%, specific coal consumption 550 kg, and production of 1 000 m^3( standard state) of available gas with a specific oxygen consumption of 380 m^3 (standard state). This technology enjoys intellectual property fight in China's own hands, has broad prospects for application, and is of great significance in raising the overall level of equipment in the chemical processing of coal in China.
