摘要 介绍了以无烟煤为原料间歇制气甲醇生产装置优化设计的内容,以期达到节能降耗、清洁生产的目的。通过对以无烟煤、焦炉气、烟煤为原料甲醇生产装置的经济技术对比,采用传统工艺并对全装置进行优化,可以降低甲醇生产成本,在市场中仍具有显著的竞争优势。 An introduction is given to the optimized design of a methanol production unit based on the intermittent gasification of anthracite, so as to attain the aims of energy conservation, reduction in specific consumption, and clean production. An economic and technological comparison is made of methanol units based on anthracite, coke oven gas and bituminous coal, the conventional process is adopted, and the whole unit is optimized, thereby lowering the production cost of methanol, with remarkable competitive superiority on the market.
