隔膜泵属于国内外行业技术难度最大、产品附加值最高的泵类产品之一。它采用隔膜将输送介质与驱动介质(油类)隔开,使输送介质不仅无外漏,更重要的是输送的颗粒性介质与泵活塞运动部件不接触,免除了固体颗粒泵造成的严重磨损,从而使泵的稳定性及可靠性大幅度提高。并参照进口泵对国产高压隔膜煤浆泵进行了一些力所能及的改造。改造后,国产泵隔膜使用寿命由1 000 h左右延长至将近4 000 h。

The diaphragm pump is one of the types of pumps with the highest product added value and the greatest technical difficulty in the business both at home and abroad. It uses the diaphragm to separate the pumped medium and the driving medium （oils） so that there is no leakage of the pumped medium, and more important, the pumped granular medium is not in contact with the pump piston parts in motion, thereby preventing serious abrasion and wear by the solid particles, and improving considerably the stability and reliability of the pump performance. After renovation, the service life of the indigenous pump diaphragm increases from about 1 000 h to ready 4 000 h, and by consulting the imported pump renovation is carried out of the indigenous high-pressure coal slurry diaphragm pump as capacity allows.
