Study on the technology for re-using the biproduct of steam recovered from 2PE plant

本文用能量平衡及能级平衡理论,在上海石化塑料部两套装置间建立蒸汽喷射式热泵供热系统,利用热泵将2PE装置在生产过程中排放的副生蒸汽回收,将其能量品位提高后供其他装置使用,取得了显著的效益。

Remarkable benefits have been acquired by building up a steam-jetting hot pump heat supply system between two operation plants of SPC Plastics Department under the guidance of the theoretics of energy balance and energy grade balances to recover the biproduct of steam discharged in the process of operation of 2PE plant by means of hot pumps and the recovered steam is supplied to other operation units for reuse after being improved of its energy quality.
