摘要
基于DSP的数字化焊机设计,采用TMS320F240数字信号处理器作为CO2焊接电源的控制核心,IGBT全桥逆变主电路,以软件方式实现波形控制,并设计了焊接过程中的短路与缩颈信号的检测电路。试验结果表明,主电路工作稳定,检测电路能准确地测出短路、缩颈信号,控制软件可靠性高,能完成所需的波形控制功能。
Based on the digital design, taking digital signal processor TMS320LF240 as control core,it realizes wavefirm control and signal detecting circuits.The results show that the main circuit works stably ,some signal can be detected accurately.
