整合焊接培训资源 搭建“产、学、研”结合中心平台

Integrate welding training resources,Build up platform of "production,study and research"

针对目前焊接技工人才断层、奇缺,焊接专业人才贫瘠,产研结合不紧密,导致焊接研发成果转换成现实生产力水平不乐观等严峻形势,分析了搭建“焊接职业培训”为基的“产、学、研”结合平台的紧迫性,提出了在全国范围内整合焊接培训资源,缔造一个“中心”平台的设想;剖析了该“中心”作为“产、学、研”结合平台的可操作性,以期作为“科教兴焊”的战略参考。

Aiming at the situatin that there is a lack of welding professionals and skilled workers,as well as research deviating produetion,this article analyzes the decessities of building up a platform of ＂production,study and research＂based on the ＂welding professional training＂ ,proposes the idea of integrating nationwide welding training resources and establishing a ＂center＂,and analyzes the feasibility of using this＂center＂as a platform of ＂production,study and research＂,We hope to give a reference to the strategy of ＂rejuvenate the welding industry with science and edueation＂.
