介绍了焊接结构对焊缝形状的影响。分析了自动埋弧焊机的安装和使用,其中对以MZ-1000型焊机为例,详细说明了自动焊机的使用要点,以及焊机的维护和保养。对自动埋弧焊机常见的故障进行了分析及参数调整。
This paper introduces the influence of welding structure to seam＇s shape,And analyzes the installation and usage of automatic submerged are welding machine, explains the use points and maintenance of automatic welding machine in detail by taking the MZ-100 welding machine as an example. And it also analyzes the troubles and adjusts the parameters for automatic submerged arc welding maehine.
