增塑剂对坯料性能的影响

摘要 测试了添加两种不同粘度增塑剂对坯料泥浆性能、吸湿性能及其它性能的影响,结果表明,在相对湿度较低的条件下,高粘度增塑剂(干料0.8%的含量)的加入对坯料的吸湿性能有影响;在相对湿度较高的条件下,高、低粘度增塑剂(干料0.8%的含量)的加入对坯料的吸湿性能均有影响,且高粘度增塑剂的影响较明显。两种增塑剂对坯料其它性能的影响基本相同。建议增塑剂的加入量应结合坯料中粘土的可塑性能而定,当坯料中粘土的可塑性能满足生产工艺条件时,可以适当减少增塑剂的加入量。 Effect of two kinds of plasticizer with different viscosity on sllury behavior, moisture absorption and other performance of porcelain green body. Results show certain effect of high viscose plasticizer(0.8 % of dry ingredient )on moisture absorption performance at relatively low humidity, plasticizers of both high and low viscose(0.8% of dry ingredient)have effect on moisture absorption performance at high humidity, which is higher for plasticizer of high viscosity. Effect on other performance is the same for both plasticizers. The amount of plasticizer additive shall be determined depending on plastic performance of clays which can be reduced if the clays have satisfactory plasticity.
