摘要
采用上下结构的盒状烧钵作为氧化锌压敏电阻片的装钵方式,装钵量从16片、32片、48片、64片、80片提高至96片,对其电位梯度、泄漏电流、压比等进行了分析,试验电阻片为!60mm×21mm。结果表明,80片的装钵量最合理,不仅提高了电阻片的电位梯度,降低了压比,而且单片能耗比以前节省了近1/4,年节省电费20余万元。
Box-shaped double-decker saggars were used for ZnO varistor firing, The setting uensity was variated from 16 to 96 of varistors φ60 mm×21 mm pieces per saggar, and electrical gradient, leakage current and voltage ratio were inspected. The result shows optimized setting density be 80 pieces per saggar which obtained high electrical gradient, low voltage ratio and reduced energy consume by nearly one fourth and annual cost for electricity by 200 thousand yuan.
