新型湿部化学技术用于造纸清洁生产

摘要 该文介绍了一种新型的AS39A清洁生产技术在造纸生产线的应用情况。应用实践表明,通过AS39A技术的应用,轻松摆脱传统的酸性造纸系统而转换到中性碱性造纸,同时,通过湿部化学的优化,大大减少了粘泥沉积,清洁了造纸系统,浆块明显减少,一等品率提高2%,“断纸”次数减少20%以上。此外,AS39A的应用还从源头节约了原料消耗,减少了污染。其中,涂布白板纸的涂料节约3克/m^2,造纸白水的COD/SS减少20%以上。 It was introduced that the application of an novel clean papermaking technology in paper mills. It was showed that the utilization of AS39A clean production technology led to easy conversion from acid papermaking to alkaline paper making and the optimum of wet end chemistry, sticky deposit and pulp rotted mass being decreased while the accepted rate of product being increased by 2%.What's more, the broke number was cut down by 20%, the color load was cut down by 3 grams per square meter, and COD and SS of white water were decreased by 20% above.
