摘要
油库是易燃、易爆的危险场所,当达到油气爆炸极限及产生静电放电时,极易发生油品静电灾害。通过对液体带电机理、油品能够产生静电的几种形式、影响静电电位因素以及静电能够引发火灾的几个条件的分析,提出了油库控制静电危害发生的措施。
The oil depot is a inflammable and explosive place. When the gas concentration gets to the explosion limit and electrostatic starts to spark, it is very easy to generate electrostatic hazard. The theory of charging in liquids, several forms of oil generating electrostatic, factors of electrostatic Potential and causes of fire produced by electrostatic are analyzed. Measures are offered to control the electrostatic hazard in the oil depot.
