摘要
DC-Ⅱ型600毫米强磁选仪是我单位八十年代自行研制的大型强磁选试验仪器,该仪器已被国内外多家研究单位和选矿厂选用。随着矿物分选要求的不断提高,该类仪器不能满足试验和生产的需要。2002年,得到科技部支持,对该类仪器进行技术改造研究。原仪器存在的主要问题有两个方面:1、分选转盘调速极不方便,每次调速时必须停机,而且调速范围窄。2、分选磁场不稳定。针对这些问题,本文采用DCS(分布式控制系统)对整个系统进行设计。利用变频调速技术对分选转盘进行无级调速控制,利用调压模块和反馈控制技术对分选磁场进行控制,使仪器获得一个稳定的分选磁场。
DC-Ⅱ type 600mm High Intensity Magnetic Separators , which was developed by our unit in the 1980s, has been applied in many research units and coal operation units. As the increasing demand of mineral operation, this kind of instrument can not meet the requirement of experiment and production. In 2002, with the support of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the research on this kind of instrument was carried out. The problem of the original instrument was that: 1.h was very inconvenient in operational dial timing. Instrument needed to be stopped in every timing and the timing scope was narrow. 2.The operational magnetic field was unstable. With consideration of the above problems, DCS (Total Distributed Control System) was adopted in our research. Frequency modulation timing technology was applied in stepless timing control of operational dial. Current modulation module and feedback control technology was chosen in control of operational magnetic field.
