用转基因技术进行玉米抗螟育种的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 提高玉米自身的抗螟性以减轻虫害损失是一项经济、有效的方法。目前在基因水平上有两种方法可以达到快速提高玉米抗螟性的目的:一种是将外源抗性基因通过各种物理手段转入玉米植株中,形成外源转基因玉米,如转Bt基因抗虫玉米,这种方法已成功应用于现实生产中。另一种方法是利用分子标记技术定位玉米本身的抗性基因并借助与之紧密连锁的分子标记对目标性状的基因型进行选择,即分子标记辅助选择技术,这种技术已开始用于玉米抗虫育种中,而在抗玉米螟育种中还处于抗性基因的初级定位阶段。就此两种方法开展的玉米抗玉米螟育种研究的现状及其存在问题进行综述。 Improving maize resistance to corn borer is an economical and effective technique to reduce the yield loss caused by insect damage. There are two methods and one of them is to transfer a foreign resistant gene expressing Bt toxin into maize plant,which has been used in practice. Another is molecular marker assistant selection (MAS). The markers toughly locked with favorable genes were used to select target trails. MAS was adopted in maize breeding for resistance to insect pests, but it was still on exploration stage, Current advance and problem in the related field were reviewed in this paper.
