摘要
研究24 h的持续低温对光籽棉新研9648种子出苗的影响。结果表明:出苗期间遇到低温胁迫对棉花见苗期、出苗期、株高和幼苗感病率都有不同程度的影响,尤其是在种子露白和刚出土时受到低温影响最为明显。但对种子见苗率没有明显的影响。
The effect of low temperature of 24 hours on cotton variety-Xinyan 9648 seed germination was studied. The results showed that sprouting stage, plant emergence stage, seedling height and the ratio of infecting diseases were affected under the condition of the low temperature for 24 hours, especially in spouting stage and the period of radicles emergency. It was no signification effect on the spouting percentage.
