植物生长调节剂对金边红桑扦插生根的影响

Effect of the Plant Growth Regulator on Acalypla Wilkesiama Muell Rooting

分析了不同植物生长调节剂IBAI、AA、NAA和6-BA对金边红桑插枝生根的影响。结果表明,不同植物生长调节剂对金边红桑插枝生根的影响不同。其中,IBA以100 mg/L(处理插枝基部5 h)的促进作用最好;IAA以400 mg/L(处理插枝基部15 h)的促进作用最好;NAA以200 mg/L(处理插枝基部15.5 h)的促进作用最好;6-BA以30 mg/L(处理插枝基部5 h)的促进作用最好。

The effecf of different kinds of plant growth regulators such as IBA,IAA,NAA and 6-BA etc on Acalypha wilkesiama Muell rooting were analyzed. The result showed that the shoot basis treated with 100 mg/L of IBA for 5 hours, 400 mg/L of IAA for 15 hours, 200 mg/L of NAA for 15.5 hours and 30 mg/L of 6-BA for 5 hours was the most effective method of Acalypha wilkesiama rooting.
