摘要
对核桃仁霉烂病痛原菌进行了分离鉴定,并对其生物学特性进行了研究。结果表明,核桃仁霉烂病病原为立枯丝核菌。病原菌最适生长爷件为:25~30℃,pH值5~9,PDA培养基,连续光照。核桃应储存在低温、干燥条件下,以抑制病原菌生长,减少病害的发生。
The pathogen of nut mildewed rot is Rhizoetonia selani and cas grow from 15℃ to 35 ℃. The optimum temperature for hyphae growth is 25 ℃ and pH value, 7. Among the tested carbon and nitrogen resouree: sucrose, glucose and beef extract were beneficial for hyphae growth with lighting.
