耕地保有量研究——以重庆市巫山县为例

Research on the Quantity of Farmland Preservation

目前,土地利用总体规划修编工作已在全国展开。以此为契机,在分析巫山县耕地资源现状的基础上,利用该县国土资源局提供的数据,采取耕地的最大供给量法,预测巫山县土地利用总体规划修编近期年和目标年的耕地保有量,并结合该县的具体实际提出保护耕地资源的具体措施,以期能对土地利用总体规划修编在方法上有所借鉴。

Recently, the new round amendment of general land-use planning has been spread out all over the country. On the basis of analysis of the status quo of farmland in Wushan County, the author adopted the data from the Wushan Land Resources Bureau to forecast the quantity of farmland preserving area in the near future and the goal year of the planning period with the Maximun Supply of Farmland method. Meanwhile,Combined with the actuality of this county some counterrreasures about how to protect the limited farmland, were put forward.
