摘要
先简介大学治理问题的提出和进展,然后在介绍法国高等教育的基础上,详细分析了法国四所大学的治理模式,并对这四种模式进行了比较,最后提出了对我国大学治理研究的若干启示,即充分考虑大学的目标和非营利组织的特点;建立以利益相关者为基础的大学治理体系;构建以科学决策为主的治理机制;进一步扩大高校自治权、允许大学治理多样化。
Generation and research development of university governance is presented briefly. On the basis of introduction to French higher education, governance modes of four French universities are analyzed in detail, and are compared with each other. Finally several suggestions are put forward, such as considering university＇s goal and the characteristics of non-profit organization, building university governance system based on stakeholders theory, setting up governance mechanism of scientific decision making, and extending the autonomy right of university to allow the diversity of university governance.
