摘要
为了解大叶紫薇中总三萜对3T3-L1细胞葡萄糖和脂肪代谢的影响,研究了大叶紫薇中总三萜可能的降血糖作用机制。采用葡萄糖氧化酶法检测3T3-L1葡萄糖的消耗作用,使用油红O染色并通过比色定量分析3T3-L1细胞的脂肪含量。结果表明:大叶紫薇中总三萜具有促进脂肪细胞葡萄糖消耗、抑制脂肪形成及降血糖的作用。
In order to study the effects of total triterpenes of Lagerstroemia specious L on metabolism of glucose and fat in 3T3-L1 cells and the possible mechanism of its hypoglycemic activity. The glucose consumption in 3T3-L1 cells was determined by glucose oxidase (GOD) method. The fat content in 3T3-L1 cells was determined by Oil Red O staining and spectrophotometry. The result shows that total triterpenes of Lagerstroemia specious L could promote the glucose consumption and inhibit the fat formation. Total triterpenes of Lagerstroemia specious L should have hypoglycemic activity.
