摘要
研究了在10L发酵罐上、不同发酵条件下采用黑曲霉Uγ-2(AspergillusnigerUγ-2)生产菊粉酶的过程,并优化了发酵条件,即:在30℃温度下,搅拌转速300r/min,孢子接种量104个/mL,通气量400L/h,产酶活力达到173.4U/mL,为工业化生产该酶奠定了理论基础。
The yielding process of inulinase from the Aspergillus niger Uγ-2 under different fermenting conditions in the 10L fermentation cylinder were studied in this paper. The fermenting condition was optimized as the follows: under the temperature of 30 ℃, stirring rotating speed was 300 r/min, the inoculating amount of spore was 10^4/mL, the ventilation amount was 400 L/h, and the inulinase activity was reached to 173.4 U/mL, thus the theoretical foundation was laid for its industrialized production.
