摘要
本文介绍了一种以金属氧化物作为H^+敏感材料的pH传感针的基本性能及应用实验结果,这种传感针是用一种特殊的复合工艺使H^+敏感物质牢固地结合在不锈钢针灸针的尖端部位,然后复合上有机高分子功能材料制备而成.我们对14批制作的237支传感针的性能进行了考核,结果达到预期要求,已付之实用.
In this paper, the main properties and practical experiment results of a pH sensing needle are presented. It is made by coating H+ sensitive material on the pinpoint of acu needle, and covering a kind of polymer function material. It's properties are verified according with the demands of practical use on 237 needles of 14 batches.
